TIDES LLC provides home and community-based services to children and adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are certified by the State of Alaska to support recipients of CCMC, IDD, ISW, APDD, or ALI Medicaid waivers. Our goal is to work closely with recipients, family members, support team members, and the community to provide you and/or your loved one with the support needed in everyday life.

We provide individualized Medicaid waiver services such as: Residential Habilitation (Supported Living, In-Home), Supported Employment, Respite (Hourly and Daily), and Day Habilitation. TIDES is also a CRP (Community Rehabilitation Provider) and we assist recipients with employment needs by working with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. About Us:

TIDES LLC is a locally owned family business, who has been providing home and community based services since August of 2014. Husband and wife duo, Shawn and Nikki Bass have more than 25 years experience providing direct care, case management, and program management for individuals who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We understand first-hand what it means to work closely with individuals and families to identify and provide the support needed in everyday life.
