We recognize everyone we interact with in our community as a customer of TIDES, and as an employee we expect you to represent our company in a positive and professional manner. Communication is key to success in any employment position, and it’s a primary focus within our company. We strive to over-communicate. If you have a question, ask it. If you have an idea, share it. If you receive feedback, share it. Clear, constructive, and solution-oriented communication is a goal for all employees.
What does it mean to be self-directed? It is OUR job as Administration to set clear expectations for employees and provide ongoing support to you in your position. It is YOUR job to meet those expectations, and exceed them if you are interested in advancing in this company.
